I’m extremely disappointed with TLC Solutions transport services. There’s really no excuse for a three hour delay transporting a patient from a hospital. Comment that the driver was running behind schedule and broke down on the highway is not an excuse for not calling the party who has already paid for the arranged services. The local number of the organization was called, message was left, nobody returned the call. I had to follow up from the website and the 1-800 number to finally reach someone for information.
